Last year, KOBIA organized 751 training sessions to improve the business knowledge and competencies of SMEs and to raise awareness of entrepreneurship-related topics. Covering Baku and the regions, the trainings were tailored to the needs of SMEs and focused on areas such as sales, marketing, accounting, human resource management, branding, the application of innovations in business, business plan development, project management, the “green economy,” and other relevant subjects.

In addition, 475 entrepreneurs and aspiring business owners benefited from online training videos, educational materials, and self-assessment tests available on KOBIA’s video training platform.

During the same period, KOBIA also provided consulting services to 340 entrepreneurs and individuals planning to start a business, covering topics such as access to sales channels, marketing, business planning, accounting, and legal issues.

Furthermore, in 2025, the Agency supported the preparation of 288 business plans across sectors including agriculture, manufacturing, services, and other fields.
