For several years, Rashad Aliyev was on the MilliNet internet award organizing committee. He also participated in mentoring work at "Startup Azerbaijan."
He served as the HÜB 1887 Incubation and Acceleration Center's director in 2021 at the Azerbaijan Technical University (AzTU).
On August 11, 2021, the Vice-Rector for Digitization and Projects of AzTU was appointed by the Minister of Education.
