The total value of mobile banking transactions increased in November
In November this year, the total value of customers’ transactions conducted via internet banking in Azerbaijan amounted to AZN 21.005 billion.
Startup.az reports, citing the Central Bank of Azerbaijan (CBA), that this figure is down by 21.2% compared to the previous month, by 19.1% compared to the beginning of the year, and by 10.2% compared to November 2024.
During the reporting period, the number of transactions carried out through internet banking increased by 31.8% year-on-year, reaching 2.479 million transactions.
In November, users conducted 78.023 million transactions via mobile banking with a total value of AZN 6.145 billion. Compared to November 2024, this represents an increase of 36% in transaction value and 41.7% in the number of transactions.
