Our startupers to compete at semifinals of international competition
As it was communicated earlier, Skolkovo Foundation of the Russian Federation has launched Open Innovations Startup Tour in Baku.
It was stated that the winners from Azerbaijan will compete at the semifinal stage of the competition.
During the startup competition to be held on 6-7 June in Skolkovo Innovation Center our country will be represented by the following projects: the “Lia” project of Arif Movsumzadeh, Alexei Jafarov and Fidan Rustamova, the “Kvotter” project of Orkhan Ahmadov and the “Healthy Life platform” project of Shahlar Pashayev, according to information received by Xeberler.az from MTCHT.
According to information, more than 20000 participants, 3500 startups and more than 600 investors will attend the mentioned event.
Participation in the competition will let Azerbaijani startups to provide potential investors with detailed information about their projects as well as get access opportunities to international markets.
It should be noted that the Open Innovations Startup Tour, considered the largest startup event in Russia and the CIS, was held on 17-18 April 2017 in Baku. 235 participants and 82 projects applied to the Open Innovations Startup Tour; of them 15 got access to the competition.
Considered as one of the largest startup competitions of the Europe - “Startup Village” is a traditional event organized within the framework of the Open Innovations Startup Tour.
