The second day of “Startup Days” has taken place.
The second day of Startup Days, held at the Incubation Center of Azerbaijan Technical University (AzTU) with the participation of students from AzTU, the Turkey–Azerbaijan University (TAU), and the National Aviation Academy, continued with intensive and productive activities.
According to Startup.az, starting from the morning hours, the 8 teams selected on the previous day began working on their projects with the support of experts and mentors. During this stage, mentors Farid Kazimov, Samir Habibli, Rahid Alakbarli, Rasim Abdullayev, Rashad Aliyev, Ali Mustafayev, and Turkana Baghirova worked closely with the teams, providing guidance on project development, choosing the right direction, and improving presentation skills.
The teams received detailed information on prototype development, teamwork, presentation structure, and key points to consider when pitching in front of the jury. The first half of the day was dedicated to project development, while the second half focused on preparing presentations.
At the end of the day, the teams presented their projects to the jury in 4–5 minute pitches. The projects were evaluated based on criteria such as innovation, relevance, technical justification, teamwork, and implementation potential.
The jury panel included Farid Kazimov, Samir Habibli, Rahid Alakbarli, Rasim Abdullayev, and Rashad Aliyev.
Based on the evaluation results, one of the key aspects that distinguished this edition of Startup Days from previous ones was the decision to award second place to two teams. The winning teams were determined as follows:

At the end of the event, the final presentation and award ceremony of Startup Days was held. Diplomas and certificates were presented to the members of the winning teams by the leadership of Azerbaijan Technical University, the President of the Azerbaijan Internet Forum, the coordinator of the AzTU Incubation Center, and mentors.
Startup Days serves as an important platform for strengthening the national startup infrastructure in the country, engaging young people in innovative projects, supporting the formation of new startups, and expanding collaboration within the startup ecosystem.
