Students of the 11th grade of Mammad Rahim Secondary School No. 7, which operates under the authority of the Baku City Education Department (BCED), Javidan Bayramli and Maryam Abdullayeva, stand out for their achievements in international projects and events.

Startup.az reports that Javidan Bayramli, a student of the school, has successfully represented Azerbaijan on local and international platforms with the “SnackPack” startup, which he co-founded and which offers innovative approaches to reducing food waste. The startup developed by the student has attracted attention with its solutions aimed at minimizing food waste and ensuring efficient use of resources. The “SnackPack” project, which was among the winners of the 6th Grant Competition organized by the Small and Medium Business Development Agency (KOBIA), has now begun cooperation with the IDEA Public Union.

Another student of the school, Maryam Abdullayeva, distinguished herself through her active participation in international events held within the framework of COP30, which took place last November in Belém, Brazil. She worked as a volunteer on the “Children and Youth Pavilion” platform, contributing to the organization and coordination of sessions. Within the framework of the conference, Abdullayeva also provided organizational support to international youth delegates as a member of the Logistics Working Group at the COY20 (Conference of Youth). In addition, she spoke as a speaker on the “Azerbaijan Pavilion” platform, presenting the perspectives of Azerbaijani youth on climate change and sustainable development to an international audience.

It should be noted that the achievements of these students demonstrate the growing engagement and potential of Azerbaijani school students in the fields of innovation, climate change, and sustainable development.
