A new service desk has started operating at the “Khachmaz SME House.”

Starting from January 5, new services have begun to be provided at the Khachmaz SME House.

Startup.az reports that applications for employment-related services delivered by the State Employment Agency (SEA) under the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population are now accepted at the Khachmaz SME House. These services include registration of citizens as job seekers and unemployed, temporary suspension and cancellation of registration, referral to vocational training, applications to the self-employment program, organization of job fairs, assignment of unemployment insurance payments, and other employment-related services.

Individuals wishing to benefit from these services can apply to the service desk of the State Employment Agency operating at the Khachmaz SME House.

It should be noted that SME Houses serve as a one-stop platform where G2B (Government-to-Business) and B2B (Business-to-Business) services provided by state and private institutions are delivered to entrepreneurs. Nearly 400 G2B and B2B services essential for entrepreneurial activity are offered by around 50 public and private institutions at SME Houses.

Currently, SME Houses operate in Baku, Khachmaz, Shusha, and Yevlakh, while a service center of the Khachmaz SME House functions in Khudat. Entrepreneurs can apply to SME Houses for business registration, documentation required for business activities, preparation of business plans, access to concessional financing, tax and customs services, connection to utility services, as well as banking, insurance, and other related services.
