A “Fund of Funds” will be established in Azerbaijan.
A joint “Fund of Funds,” consisting of local and international venture capital funds, is planned to be established in Azerbaijan.
According to Startup.az, this initiative is outlined in the “Action Plan for Accelerating Digital Development for 2026–2028,” approved by President Ilham Aliyev.
Under the plan, the fund will invest in the startup ecosystem.
The implementation of the measures предусмотрed in the Action Plan will be financed through the state budget and other sources предусмотрed by law.
