Applications sent offline won't be approved. 

Semi-finalists' detailed business ideas can also be obtained by email. 
Organizing Committees decides in advance when applications must be submitted. During the Competition, Committees has the right to alter this date.

By hitting the "Send" button, applications are submitted to the system in the order they are filled out on the form. The form's mandatory fields need to be filled out.

Up to the close of the registration period, you can make changes to your application. Changes made after the stated date won't be approved. Information about your project will be posted on the website once you have successfully completed the registration process.

Your email will be notified if your proposal has been accepted.

It is advised to select a brief and memorable name for the Title and Slogan fields when completing the form.

The technology also allows other project participants to sign up and take part in Startup Azerbaijan events.

You can mention the members of the project team in the Mini-CV section. If no team exists, you can provide additional information about yourself.

You specify your project's prototype in the Demo (Site) section (the URL of your site). 

The form's brief description of the project should not exceed 100-120 characters. This information is now available to the public. A brief description of the project's main idea and action plan will be displayed on the page in the form of a slider. 

Other information important for the promotion of your project can be entered in the broad text section. Here, approximately one page of information can be added. This information is also public and will primarily be used to promote your project.

The business plan includes a detailed description of the project. The semi-finalists will receive business plan preparation training. 

The following are the main sections of the business plan. The total number of words in these areas should not exceed 2500-3000.
