SMBDA: More Than 170 Projects Have Been Published on the Investment Portal to Date
A total of 173 projects have been published on Azerbaijan’s Investment Portal (invest.smb.gov.az), which enables local and foreign investors to invest in projects of micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs), as well as startup business ideas.
According to Startup.az, 147 of these projects are seeking investment, 4 are investment offers, and 22 involve the sale of existing businesses. The projects cover a wide range of sectors, including agriculture, industry, services, manufacturing, and other fields.
To date, more than 1,300 entrepreneurs, investors, and startups have registered on the portal to explore available projects and publish their own initiatives.
Business owners using the platform can attract investment to expand their operations, while investors can generate returns by supporting promising projects and contributing to the growth of SMEs, as well as the development of new products and services.
It should be noted that the Investment Portal was established by the Small and Medium Business Development Agency (SMBDA) to expand investment opportunities for small and medium-sized businesses in Azerbaijan.
Entrepreneurs and startups seeking investors, as well as investors looking for investment opportunities, can benefit from the portal’s services. The platform is free to use, and the process of submitting projects is simple and user-friendly.
