Garanti BBVA has started cooperation with Corpowid AI
One of Türkiye’s leading banks, Garanti BBVA, has partnered with Corpowid AI, a company providing 360° digital accessibility solutions covering design, web, and mobile platforms, to make its digital services more accessible.
According to Startup.az, within the framework of the partnership, the bank’s websites and mobile channels are being upgraded with AI-powered accessibility technologies. The implemented solutions aim to enable users with visual and other disabilities to access banking services more safely, independently, and conveniently.
Through the integrated approach offered by Corpowid AI — covering design, technical infrastructure, and user experience — Garanti BBVA’s digital platforms are being aligned with international WCAG standards and accessibility requirements in Türkiye. Accessibility is being treated not as a one-time adaptation, but as a continuously evolving process.
The partnership is considered a strategic step toward making Garanti BBVA’s digital banking services more inclusive and accessible for everyone.
