A meeting was held at the AzTU Incubation Center regarding the establishment of a support team
A meeting was held at the Azerbaijan Technical University Incubation Center to establish a student-based technical and organizational support team.
According to Startup.az, the meeting focused on defining the team’s structure and areas of activity, emphasizing its role in improving the efficiency and coordination of the center’s operations. It was noted that the team will contribute to better task distribution, streamlined workflows, and more effective organization of activities.
The support team is expected to operate in areas such as technical supervision, event organization, social media and design, as well as digital platform content management. Team members will also play an active role in organizing events and guiding participants.
During the meeting, discussions were held with students to understand their interests and gather feedback. Participants were informed about the team’s working principles and development opportunities.
It was highlighted that the creation of such a team will enhance the management of increasing projects and events, while also improving operational efficiency and professionalism at the center. At the same time, the initiative will provide valuable opportunities for students to develop practical skills and actively engage in the innovation ecosystem.
The AzTU Incubation Center support team consists of the following members:

- Creative and media team: Aydan Orucaliyeva, Asmar Yariyeva, Elza Abbasova
- Digitalizaton support: Kenan Rzayev, Farid Mustafayev
- Event support: Narmin Mammadova, Maleyka Agazade, Narmin Mustafayeva, Zahra Ismayilzade
It was concluded that this newly established team will significantly contribute to the systematic organization of the Incubation Center’s activities and to increasing students’ active participation in the innovation environment.
